DESCRIPTION:Join Colorado River Alliance for a weekend field trip to the Wilkerson Center for Colorado River Education on Saturday\, February 17th from 10:30am-12:30pm! \nThis month’s theme is “How Winter Weather Impacts the River” with LCRA Meteorologist\, Bob Rose. \nThis event is great for families with children ages 9-18\, homeschool groups\, scout troops\, and anyone else interested in learning fun ways to conserve and protect our drinking water source. Visitors will experience interactive water science activities\, including our Mobile River trailer exhibit\, all while enjoying the beautiful grounds of the Redbud Center and a great view of Lady Bird Lake and the Tom Miller Dam. A minimum of one adult chaperone per 15 youth is required. \nPlease RSVP by submitting this form.
