30th Annual Lake Travis Cleanup

Join Colorado River Alliance, Travis County Parks, and Texas’ most prominent dive shops in the 30th Annual Lake Travis Cleanup! On September 15th, 2024, hundreds of volunteers will come together of the largest underwater cleanup in Texas to help remove thousands of pounds of trash from Lake Travis and surrounding Travis County Parks to keep our drinking water healthy and clean.

For 30 years, certified divers, kayakers, and volunteers of all ages have come together to help protect and preserve the Texas Colorado River and raise awareness about the importance of local water resources. Cleanup service opportunities are available in, under, and around Lake Travis, along shorelines and throughout parks.

The lake level is low, exposing previously hard-to-reach areas where we can find trash and debris, so your service hours are critical this year!
