On February 20th, we welcomed our community to the Wilkerson Center for Colorado River Education for a behind-the-scenes look at CRA’s YES! (Youth Environmental Stewardship) programs in action.
Guests toured the grounds, climbed into The Mobile River, and experienced a field trip day alongside Girls + Outside.
Learning stations were available in English and Spanish, ensuring every student could fully participate in exploring Texas Colorado River geography, discussing the importance of water conservation, and investigating point-source pollution.
Ripple and Finley were crowd favorites. With redbuds just beginning to bloom across campus, it was a beautiful day along the river.
