Committed to keeping the wild, wild, YETI joined Colorado River Alliance as a Legacy Leader in 2017, providing impactful support of CRA’s mission to champion the long-term vitality of the Texas Colorado River.
Over the years, YETI has provided meaningful financial support, donated top-of-the-line gear to encourage volunteer participation at events like the Lake Travis Cleanup and the Spring Cleanup, and YETI volunteers have showed up by the hundreds to remove trash, recycling, and debris directly from the Texas Colorado River and the surrounding river basin.
Just last week on April 9th, 120 YETI Supply Chain Operations team members gathered from around the globe to volunteer with CRA at Onion Creek Metro Park to remove 2,276 pounds of trash from the creek and surrounding park. Debris, trash, and recycling removed included a washing machine, broken tile, water logged drywall, microtrash, tires, and much more!
